Peter began lifting weights after receiving his first set of dumbbells at the age of 10 and has not looked back since. Being overweight as a youngster inspired him to learn about resistance training and overcome asthma to turn his life around. In 1996 Peter began his career as a personal fitness trainer and has since helped hundreds of people find their own love for exercise and nature's foods. He uses a holistic approach to train his clients that includes physical exercise, nutritional guidance, & healing stretches with a dash of humor for the soul.
